Accessibility Statement.

How telvana.com measures up against WCAG 2.2, and where it falls short.

Telvana wants everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to learn about our product and reach us. This statement covers the telvana.com website. It does not cover the Telvana customer portal at app.telvana.com.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) set out how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. telvana.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard.

The pages and components we build ourselves are designed and tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using the methods below. In our most recent evaluation, the only failures found were in the third-party booking calendar described under Known Limitations.

2. How We Evaluate the Site

  • Automated testing with axe-core against the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules, on every page in our sitemap
  • Keyboard-only testing of navigation, menus, dialogs and forms, including visible focus
  • Screen reader testing with VoiceOver on macOS

The most recent evaluation was completed on September 29, 2026.

3. Known Limitations

The calendar used to book a demo, both on the Book a Demo page and in the booking window that opens from Book a Demo buttons, is provided by a third party (LeadConnector, part of HighLevel) and loaded from their servers. We cannot change its code, and it does not currently meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known issues:

  • Dates and times cannot be selected with a keyboard alone (WCAG 2.1.1)
  • Some form controls have no accessible name, and one control uses an invalid ARIA value (WCAG 4.1.2)
  • Some interactive elements are nested inside other interactive elements (WCAG 4.1.2)
  • Some targets are smaller than the minimum target size (WCAG 2.5.8)
  • Unavailable dates are shown in low-contrast text (WCAG 1.4.3)
