For SimpleTalk AI customers

SimpleTalk AI customers: get your calls answered again.

If your voice agents ran on SimpleTalk AI, our team can rebuild them from what you still have. The new agents book on your GoHighLevel calendar during the call and answer calls forwarded from your own number.

What happened

What's been reported so far.

Simpletalk, LLC, the company behind SimpleTalk AI, filed a voluntary Chapter 7 petition on October 5, 2026, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida (case 26-23313). The docket is public on CourtListener.

Assistable's guide (October 6) pointed customers to that filing and told them to test each business number, save the records they can still reach and plan a replacement before moving any calls.

Lippy's guide (October 15) reports that the SimpleTalk website is down and customers can no longer sign in, so prompts and recordings that lived only in the dashboard are out of reach. It also notes that a number SimpleTalk issued under its own carrier account may only be movable by the account holder, which now runs through the bankruptcy trustee.

SimpleTalk users in the r/gohighlevel community reported that service stopped in late September, that texts failed, and that premium GoHighLevel actions broke once the wallet under SimpleTalk's agency ran dry.

Telvana has no access to SimpleTalk's systems or data, so we rebuild your agents from what you still have.

Today

What to check before you pick a replacement.

Whoever you switch to, start here.

  1. Make sure calls still reach someone

Call your business line from a phone outside the office. If nothing picks up, forward the number to a staffed line or voicemail until a new agent is live.

  2. Find out where your number lives

Check who holds each number your callers dial: your carrier, your GoHighLevel phone account, or SimpleTalk. A number rented through a vendor can go away with that vendor's account, so keep yours where you control it and forward it to whatever answers.

  3. Check your GHL wallet and workflows

If your sub-account sat under SimpleTalk's agency, check the wallet that pays for premium actions. Then list every workflow that started the agent or waited on its results, so none of them fails without anyone noticing.

  4. Gather what your agent knew

If you can still sign in to SimpleTalk, export your prompts, mid-call actions and webhook URLs. If you can't, collect what landed elsewhere: contacts, notes and conversations in GoHighLevel, your calendar, emails such as booking confirmations and call summaries, and your team's hours, services and transfer rules.

Switching to Telvana

How we get you live.

Our team does the build, starting from what your old agent knew.

Send us what you still have
Scripts, any saved prompts, call recordings and your team's rules are enough to start. Our team rebuilds the agent and tests it with you on your call types, and you approve it before it takes a live call. Plan on 3 to 5 business days.
Booking on your GoHighLevel calendar
During the call, the agent checks availability and books the appointment on your GoHighLevel calendar. It connects with a private integration token from your sub-account.
Your number stays yours
Any phone system that can forward or transfer a call to an outside number works. Callers keep dialing your number, and it forwards to your Telvana agent.
A workspace for each client
Agencies get a separate workspace for each client, with its own agents, phone numbers and reporting, under one account.
Voice, SMS and web chat
Answer inbound calls, run outbound call and SMS campaigns, and reply to texts and website chats. Web chat is included; SMS is an add-on.

FAQ

SimpleTalk questions.

Did SimpleTalk file for bankruptcy?

Court records show a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case for Simpletalk, LLC, filed on October 5, 2026, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, case 26-23313. The docket is public on CourtListener.

Has SimpleTalk shut down?

Lippy reported on October 15 that the SimpleTalk website is down and customers can no longer sign in, and users in the r/gohighlevel community reported that service stopped in late September. We can't confirm the state of any individual account.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes, if the number sits in an account you control, such as your carrier or your own GoHighLevel phone account. Telvana works with any phone system that can forward or transfer a call to an outside number, GoHighLevel's LC Phone numbers included, so the number stays where it is and forwards to your Telvana agent. If SimpleTalk provided the number, it may sit in SimpleTalk's own carrier account, which only the account holder can move. Telvana can't access SimpleTalk accounts or move numbers out of them, so we can't promise you'll get it back. If you can't, your Telvana agent comes with its own number.

Does Telvana work with GoHighLevel?

Yes. During a call, a Telvana agent checks availability and books appointments on the GoHighLevel calendar you connect, using a private integration token from your sub-account. If your SimpleTalk setup did more inside GoHighLevel, such as running from workflows or updating contacts, bring a list of what it did to the call and we'll tell you what Telvana covers today.

How fast can we be live?

Plan on 3 to 5 business days, depending mostly on how quickly we get your details and finish testing. Send us whatever you still have: scripts, any saved prompts, call recordings and your team's rules. Our team rebuilds the agent, tests it on your call types with you, and you approve it before it takes a live call.

Can you import our SimpleTalk agents?

No. We have no access to SimpleTalk accounts, so nothing moves over automatically. We rebuild each agent from what you still have: scripts, any saved prompts, call recordings, FAQs and transfer rules.

Tell us what your SimpleTalk agent did.

Book a call. Bring any saved prompts or a list of the calls it handled, and we'll show you how Telvana would take them.
